I started as a Quality Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering — curious about one thing: why do customers reject what we work so hard to build? That question never left me.

Over two decades, across manufacturing, logistics, corporate, projects, and services — in India, Qatar, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia — I have seen quality at its best and at its most ignored. I have designed and delivered 250+ quality courses — from induction for new joiners to strategic awareness programs for senior leadership.

Too many organizations treat quality as a compliance checkbox — something to satisfy auditors, not customers. I have spent 22 years pushing back on that thinking. Not as a quality police. But as someone who sits at the intersection of people, process, and performance — making sure excellence is built in, not bolted on.
